6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within **14 days of delivery** for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at **[support@offszn.com](mailto:support@offszn.com)** with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the item is received and inspected. Sale items and gift cards are **non-refundable**.
